Important Information:
- If we are picking you up from your residence, apartment, or office we will need a credit card to complete the reservation.
- No cash refunds- Credit only ( to expire in one year.) Those canceling less than 12 hours in advance will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-Shows at the airport ( when you do not call us in case of delays, missed connections or cancelled trips) will be charged FULL PRICE. We will wait for you for one hour. If you let us know in advance that you will be late or your schedule has changed we will put your payment towards your next trip.
Special Pickups
- We will come pick you up from the luggage claim if you have any specific needs and by request, and we will hold a sign with your name and the business name on it.
Long Distance
- We can go out of our 200 mile radius by request for $1.50 per mile.
Our goal is to keep you waiting no longer than 45 minutes at the airport.
PLEASE call us if:
- Your luggage is delayed or lost
- You miss your flight or your connection
- You have any special needs, like a car seat, wheelchair, or walker
- You are transporting animals or excess luggage please let us know in advance

Where to meet your driver at the Airport
After you pick up your Luggage at the baggage claim
proceed down one level to Ground transportation,(the same floor as rental car companies) from the ground level go outside and the building and across a small street ..You will see a white Honda Oddsey with 24 Hr Clarksville airpor shuttle written on the side waiting for you.
How do I handle the Gratuity for the Driver
Standard gratuity is between 15% and 20% of your trip, about what you would pay at a resturaunt. We leave the gratuity at the discretion of the passenger. You can either pay your driver cash or we can add the gratuity at the time of your credit card transaction.
