24 Hour Clarksville Airport Shuttle

From our drivers to our office staff, everyone at 24 Hour Clarksville Airport Shuttle is dedicated to providing you with friendly and professional service and is pleased to assist you with your travel needs to and from the airport.

24 Hour Clarksville Airport Shuttle operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing transportation within Tennessee and Kentucky to and from the Nashville International Airport (BNA).

Important Information

If we are picking you up from your residence, apartment or office we will need a credit card to complete the reservation. There are no cash refunds. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows at the airport (please call us if there is a flight delay, you miss your connection or your trip is cancelled) will be charged full price. We will wait for one hour. If you don’t let us know about a delay, there will be $35 charge.

Pick-ups at the Nashville International Airport

After you pick up your luggage at the baggage claim, proceed down the escalator to the lower level (the same floor as the rental car companies). Exit and cross the street. You will see a “Limousine” sign pointing to the right. Look for a black Toyota minivan. We will be parked at the curb. Call or text if you need further directions.

Child buster is needed this is your your responsibility

Child Policy

An adult must accompany all children under the age of 16. All children under age 8, less than 57 inches tall and less than 40 pounds, must be in an age-appropriate, approved safety seat. Safety seats are not provided by 24 Hour Clarksville Airport Shuttle unless specifically requested.

No fee for guide dog  any other dog is need a cage/

Pet Policy

We allow pets to ride with certain stipulations. In order to avoid discomfort for any passengers, pets must be kept in a small, approved carrier. They must be clean, quiet and accustomed to travel. If they are not good travelers, we ask for everyone's comfort, that pets be sedated. Additional fees apply. Certified service animals are not subject to additional fees or carrier requirements.

Special Services

If you have specific needs, we will pick you up from the luggage claim by request. We will hold a sign with your name and/ or business name clearly marked. If necessary, we can travel beyond the 200-mile radius by request for an additional $1.69 per mile.

Gratuity for the Driver

Standard gratuity is between 15% and 20% of the total cost of your trip (similar to what would pay in a restaurant). Gratuity is paid at the discretion of the passenger. You can either pay your driver cash or add gratuity during the credit card transaction.
